What You ll Be Doing:

As the Accommodation Manager, you ll be the heartbeat of the building ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and with a smile. From managing bookings and rent collections to leading a dedicated on–site team, you ll create a welcoming home for students while driving performance and occupancy.

Your Day–to–Day Will Include:

Delivering top–tier customer service to students, parents, universities, and contractorsOverseeing tenancy agreements, legal checks, and rent collectionLeading a team across maintenance, housekeeping, and adminOrganising events and building a thriving student communityEnsuring health & safety standards are met and exceededConducting viewings and driving occupancy targetsKeeping accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance What We re Looking For:
