CNC Maintenance Engineer

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will carry out a varied range of electrical activities that protect the Washington site and ensure capability for manufacturing teams to perform their duties. This will include planned maintenance, reactive breakdown response/repairs and work requests.

Site maintenance and installation activitiesMinor/major repairsBreakdown response and diagnostics to resolve manufacturing equipment issuesSupport to contractors during technical worksAttendance at site operational meetings as requiredExecution of work orders from the site CMMSUpdate of work order details to maintain the asset database for the site on all works performedYour skills and experiences:

Essential:

17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulation QualificationExperience on CNC machines in an industrial backgroundTime served Electrician (HNC/HND desirable)Working in a high paced manufacturing environment, typically on and around CNC machinesSafety qualifications (e.g. IOSH, working at height, MEWP licence, confined space)Desirable:

HV/LV SwitchingTesting and Inspection C&G 2391Industrial Robots (Fanuc/ABB)PLC ExperienceBenefits:
