Community Engagement Promoter – Immediate Start

We are seeking confident and self-motivated individuals to join our Community Engagement Team, supporting important local initiatives that positively impact the community.

Uncapped commission-based earnings (40%)
Typical daily earnings range between £80–£150 for under 6 hours of work
Top earners exceed £250 per day by consistently handling rejection and using upselling techniques effectively
Daily pay at the end of each shift
Zero-hours contract with daily work guaranteed once registered

Flexible start times between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM and Finish between 6 pm and 730 pm
Choose your working days after your first shift


Full training provided on the first day
Ongoing one-to-one coaching available to help improve performance and increase earnings

About the Role You will be representing local community projects, engaging directly with the public in various locations. Your aim will be to raise awareness and encourage involvement in these initiatives through clear, confident communication and a personable approach.
