About the Role

We are seeking a Capital Markets Data Management & AI Governance Specialist to join a forward-thinking and dynamic team within a global financial services organisation. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development and governance of AI solutions and data strategy within the Global Equities and Cross Asset Derivatives business lines.

Key Responsibilities

Data Governance & Delivery

Lead the delivery of key data initiatives and manage high-priority data setsDefine critical data elements (CDEs), maintain business glossaries, and implement robust data quality frameworksIdentify and manage internal and external data sources, ensuring strong access and sharing controls.AI & Technology Enablement

Build tools and processes for metadata management, data quality, and data sharing.Leverage AI and automation tools to improve data governance capabilities.Use Python, SQL, PySpark, Power BI, and related tools for data processing and visualisation.Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement

Provide subject matter expertise in data governance and AI governance.Collaborate with business, data, and tech teams to align on data strategy and execution.Act as a key liaison for data-related initiatives and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

Capital Markets Knowledge

Solid understanding of OTC Derivatives (any asset class), ideally with front office exposure.Familiarity with trade life cycle, pricing, and capital markets processes.Technical & Analytical Skills

Hands-on experience with large data sets and data profiling.Proficiency in data tools: Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, Databricks.Familiarity with tools like Great Expectations, Pandas, Plotly, or MS Power Automate is a plus.Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.Ready to Apply?
