We're recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join a well–established, forward–thinking manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader or a skilled multi–skilled maintenance engineer ready to step into a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of up to 5 engineersOversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)Respond to machinery breakdowns and ensure minimal downtimeDrive continuous improvement and team developmentReport directly to the Maintenance & Engineering ManagerThis employer is committed to internal progression and offers full support for technical and leadership development.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering environmentLevel 2 or higher qualification in an engineering disciplineStrong leadership and motivational skillsProactive, positive approach with a focus on improvementFMCG experience highly desirable
