Female chihuahua

Due to no fault of her own and a change in circumstances im having to look for a new home for kiki , she's a very loving little dog who has more of a nervous nature than a yappy snappy nature that some of this breed are known for , she is fully house trained but will need access to a garden for toilet breaks incase she decides she's not going out walks in the rain lol....she likes a walk but more in summer and spring times and very short walks, she has a lot of funny little traits like hates cold hard foors so mats and carpet are a must , she can develop a new fear overnight and fine next day typical of the breed they can be demanding so only enquire if your familiar with this small breed and she will need someone at home as she's not used to being alone ....she's used to other small dogs and cats but would prefer her to be homed in a quieter environment now she's getting older ..
I'm asking for a fee to assure she goes to the right person for the right reason....
But getting her the right home is more important so im willing to discuss this
