You ll oversee the full scope of manufacturing operations from their offices in Tewkesbury, this is a pivotal role at the heart of our mission to improve lives through personalised medical solutions.

As a General Manager, you will:

Overseeing the manufacture and dispatch of products Leading production planning and cleanroom operations Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, MDSAP, and FDA standards Managing documentation and audits via our eQMS (MasterControl) Driving continuous improvement and maintaining PFMEA documentation Managing inventory and liaising with finance and sales teams Leading and developing the production team Supporting product development and testing Ensuring HSE compliance and maintaining safety documentation Facilitating weekly and monthly reporting meetings Providing HR support, onboarding, and pastoral care for site staff

To be successful as a General Manager, you will:

Be experienced in medical device manufacturing and regulatory compliance Have a strong knowledge of ISO 13485, MDSAP, and FDA standards Be Familiar with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles Be Skilled in production planning and capacity building Have an understanding of HSE systems and documentation Display excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail Be Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital documentation systems

In return, my client are offering a salary of up to GBP70,500 per annum, depending on experience. Please note, this is a full–time permanent position.
