I m working with a well-established, independent insurance broker looking to expand their commercial team with a Junior Commercial Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years experience in SME / Commercial insurance, particularly with a new business focus, who is ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, combining new business development with account management. Key responsibilities include:

Building and managing your own portfolio of smaller commercial clients. Attending networking events to generate leads and expand your network. Taking ownership of new business opportunities from initial contact through to conversion. Providing ongoing service and support to existing clients. About You:

2+ years experience in SME or commercial insurance, ideally in a new business or account handler role. Motivated to develop your career and take on more responsibility. Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable building relationships both in person and over the phone. Entrepreneurial mindset able to spot opportunities and take initiative. Flexible and willing to attend networking events a couple of times a month (before or after work). What s on Offer:
