A lovely family in Danthorpe is seeking a professional and proactive live-in housekeeper couple to help manage their beautiful 7-bedroom home set within 7 acres of grounds. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced couple who take pride in maintaining a well-run household and enjoy a country lifestyle.

The family has two school-aged children, a friendly Labrador, and plans to welcome a horse soon, so animal lovers are warmly encouraged to apply. At least one person must be a confident driver. The couple will have use of a beautiful private three-bedroom lodge on the estate, offering comfortable and spacious accommodation.

Duties include:

daily housekeeping, laundry, and ironing
general home management and organisation
family cooking and meal preparation
pet care, including walking and feeding the dog (and horse care when applicable)
occasional childcare support for the older children
gardening, outdoor maintenance, and assisting with household errands
