Multi Trader (Own Van & Tools) – Plumbing or Carpentry Specialist

Salary: between £50000 & £ 60000 per annum for the right candidate

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Traders with their own van and tools, specialising in plumbing or carpentry, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their primary trade, with the ability to carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.

You will be working on a variety of residential properties, delivering quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installation work related to your trade (plumbing or carpentry).

Complete a variety of multi-trade tasks including basic painting, tiling, patch plastering, or general maintenance as required.

Diagnose and resolve issues independently while maintaining high standards of work.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Manage your own schedule, materials, and van stock effectively.

Provide excellent communication and customer service when dealing with clients and tenants

Requirements: Proven experience as a multi trader with a focus on plumbing or carpentry.

Full UK driving licence and own van and tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.

Good understanding of health and safety standards.

Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, etc.)
