Job Title Reach Truck FLT Operator

Site location Appleton Thorn, Warrington

Responsible to Shift Manager

Purpose of the role To support the warehouse, Stock Rotation, Replenishment of customer goods with the safe operation of Reach FLT and use of hand scanners.

Client brief Our client is a world–renowned Warehousing organisation supporting blue chip companies with warehousing and distribution functions.

Hourly Rate GBP12.50ph

Shifts Monday to Friday 6am–4pm

Overtime Regular optional overtime available also, 1.5x basic rate Saturday, 2.0x basic rate Sunday

Holidays Accrual

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role – Our client is looking for Reach FLT Operator to support their existing team in their Ambient (room temperature) Warehousing Operation in Appleton Thorn, Warrington. As a Reach Operator, the requirements are varied but not limited to

Accurately and safely operating a Reach Truck within site health and safety requirements at all times. Rotating stock, storing and collecting products from pallets with use of Reach FLT & handheld scanners. Working within a team to complete daily warehouse targets. Delivering a high standard of productivity at all times to ensure smooth operation within the warehouse. Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail. All other generalist warehousing duties. Key Skills Required –

Previous experience operating Reach FLT is essential. In date Reach FLT license is essential. Previous experience with handscanners is essential. Must be reliable and committed. Must be able to communicate in English to a high standard (verbal and written). Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
