What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to queries from Hiring Managers, Suppliers, and Workers within 24 hoursProviding first-line support and ensuring timely resolution of queriesManaging multiple inboxes and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate helpdeskHandling report scheduling and day-to-day reporting requestsSupporting enhancements to our recruitment tool, including integrations and configurationMaintaining accurate data entry and supporting ad hoc tasks as neededVMS Recruitment Tool Admin Tasks:

Setting up new users and providing guidanceOffering support to Fieldglass users and escalating issues when necessaryAssisting with weekly payroll uploads and timesheet adjustmentsUploading bonuses and managing system changes (e.g. SAP transitions, pension updates, rate changes)What We're Looking For:

Experience in a customer-focused environmentExcellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced settingOrganised, proactive, and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitudeSolid IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to multitask under pressureAnalytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvementComfortable with data management and reportingWillingness to learn and grow, particularly in VMS applicationsAbility to document requirements clearly and support project deliveryWhy Talent Solutions?
