Expleo UK is looking for a proactive, network-savvy recruiter to join our internal talent team onsite (full-time) in Stevenage. This is a high-impact role where your sourcing creativity and industry insight will directly contribute to the growth of a critical account.

Responsibilities

This position is a full-time opportunity based in Stevenage, to be present on-site Monday to Friday. Source, screen, and interview blue-collar candidates for technician and skilled trade roles within aerospace and defenceBuild and maintain warm talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needsPartner with onsite security and operations teams to coordinate onboarding and site accessUse innovative sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, referrals, and local outreachMaintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with hiring processes and security protocolsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planningRepresent Expleo UK professionally onsite and ensure a positive candidate experienceQualifications

No formal degree required-experience and sourcing ability matter mostRecruitment certifications (REC, CIPD, etc.) are a plus but not essentialEssential skills

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and local networksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage high-volume recruitment with attention to detailDesired skills

Familiarity with onboarding processes and security clearance coordinationKnowledge of the Stevenage talent market and local sourcing channelsExperience

Proven experience recruiting for blue-collar or technician roles (ideally within aerospace, defence, engineering, or manufacturing)Experience working within an internal recruitment functionExperience using ATS systems and recruitment CRMsUnderstanding of the nuances of recruiting in aerospace or defence environments (e.g., security clearance, compliance, niche skill sets)Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with candidates and teamsWhat do I need before I apply
