We're on the hunt for a talented Sous Chef to join a busy, multi-faceted pub in Egham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in high-volume, fresh-food environments and wants to be part of a supportive and ambitious kitchen team.

The Role As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. From supporting the Head Chef with menu development to training and inspiring junior chefs, you'll be hands-on and at the heart of the action. You'll ensure the smooth delivery of service, maintain consistency, and bring passion to every dish.
