Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator looking for a varied and impactful role? This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy manufacturing site and provide essential support to the Plant Manager and Senior Leadership Team.

This fixed–term position offers a chance to make a real difference in a fast–paced environment, with responsibilities spanning administration, supplier coordination, health & safety support, and employee engagement. Contract length is 12 months.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing professional administrative support to the Plant Manager and senior teamCoordinating meetings, tracking actions, and managing communications across the siteManaging site facilities, contractors, and supplier relationshipsSupporting health & safety initiatives, including inductions, permit tracking, and reportingLeading internal communications and acting as the site's communication championOrganising employee events, competitions, and recognition schemesHandling onboarding logistics and supporting HR processesMaintaining systems for uniforms, PPE, car park permits, and visitor managementCreating purchase orders and managing hospitality arrangements

What You'll Bring:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior administrative roleStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh attention to detail and a proactive mindsetExperience in event planning and corporate communicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)Ability to manage confidential information with discretionFinancial awareness and confidence in managing budgets and suppliers
